CPET 1540 - CISCO Networking Fundamentals


CISCO Networking Fundamentals is the first of four semesterlong courses designed to provide students with classroom and laboratory experience in current and emergent networking technology that will enable students to enter the workforce and/ or further education and training in the computer networking field. Topics include but are not limited to: safety, all aspects of networking, and the use of decision-making and problemsolving techniques. Additionally, training is provided in the proper care, maintenance and use of networking software, tools and equipment as well as all local, state and federal safety building and environmental codes and regulations. Students who complete this series of courses will be academically prepared to take the CCNA exam.
