BSMG 1210 - Business Law
Business Law is a study of legal concerns which arise in the business environment. Topics include: the identification of potential problems and seeking appropriate advice as well as the difficulties businesses face with regard to contracts, employee rights, negotiable instruments, liability, bailments, insurance and estate planning.
