*CRMJ 2030 - Crime Mapping Analysis


Crime Mapping Analysis incorporates GIS principles, methods, operations, mapping, and applications to crime data, social characteristics, and spatial data to analyze crime patterns, crime prevention strategies, and police operations policy. Students must possess computer literacy to successfully pass this course.

Note: This course was formerly CJCR 2030.

Prerequisite: CRMJ 2010, READ 0870, ENGL 0800/0870, or appropriate entrance scores.
