*CRMJ 2010 - Introduction to Law Enforcement


Introduction to Law Enforcement is designed to study the historical and philosophical evolution of the police in America. This course emphasizes the functions and control of police in a democratic society. Analysis is also conducted from a social science perspective.

Prerequisites: READ 0870, ENGL 0800/0870, or appropriate entrance scores.
