Northeast State Community College publishes the Annual Security Report and crime statistics in accordance with Tennessee’s College and University Security Information Act of 1989 and the federal Student Right-to-Know & Campus Security Act of 1990, amended and renamed the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Statistics Act in 1998. The Higher Education Opportunity Act requires colleges and universities participating in federal student aid programs to make certain information easily available to consumers.
