ECED 2312 - ♦Administration of Early Childhood Programs Administration of Early Childhood Programs is a study of organizational and administrative practices applicable to programs serving children ages birth through eight. Topics of particular consideration include leadership, enrollment, public relations, staff-management, financial management, facilities, regulations, family relations, and program development.
