EMTP 2215 - Advanced Patient Care for the Paramedic Clinical Practicum I

Advanced Patient Care for the Paramedic Clinical Practicum I is an introduction to the clinical environment. Students will be required to complete approximately 150 hours of clinical/field internship in, but not limited to, the emergency department, the pre-hospital setting, the operating room and the morgue.

Credit Hours: 1

Clinical Hours: 10 (F)

Prerequisites & Notes
Prerequisites: Acceptance into the Emergency Medical Technology-Paramedic program, EMT 1000, EMTA 1100, and EMTP 2200 or BIOL 2010 and BIOL 2020.

Corequisite: EMTP 2210.

Note: Course not designed for transfer.
