ENGL 2130 - ♦American Masterpieces American Masterpieces is a study of representative works of American prose, poetry drama and non-fiction from the Colonial period to the present, including authors such as: Native Americans, Columbus, Franklin, Jefferson, Irving, Poe, Emerson, Thoreau, Hawthorne, Whitman, Dickinson, Crane, Frost, Hemingway, Plath, Rich, Sexton, O’Connor, Walker and others.
