Horticultural Pesticides is a study of the identification and control of plant pests including insects, diseases and weeds. Topics include pest identification and chemical regulation, pesticide application, and safety. Course work will satisfy re-certification point requirements and prepare students to take the Tennessee Commercial Pesticide Applications License test and the test for certification in Ornamental and Turf (C03).
