CITC 2353 - Tactical Perimeter Defense Tactical Perimeter Defense is an examination of how software and hardware can be used to provide a perimeter of defense in protecting resources, and how security is addressed in both wireless and wired networks. Topics include the use of tools such as wireless access points, proxy servers, VPN’s, auditing, intrusion detection systems and firewalls. Prepares students to take Tactical Perimeter Defense exam for the Security Certified Network Specialist (SCNS) certification.
