Mobile Security is designed to introduce students to security in a wireless network environment. While focusing on IEEE 802.1 1x standards for wireless systems, the course will cover WLANs, mobile phones, Bluetooth, and infrared technologies. Topics will include encryption, authentication, and security risks for both organizations and private users of wireless technologies.
