BUSN 1350 - Sales and Service
Service and Sales is an introduction to the fundamentals of customer service and selling. Topics may include developing and conveying a positive attitude, identifying buying motives and customer needs, developing and delivering a sales presentation, customer approaches, sales strategies, and cultivating repeat business through customer service.
