Pattern Development has students first learn to construct basic forms and patterns using parallel, triangulation and radial line development techniques. They will then design and fabricate products using these patterns with different types of fittings and layouts common to diverse industries. Students are expected to demonstrate proficiency with tools of the trade, geometric construction and bend allowance computations.
