DIGM 1400 - ♦Principles of Visual Effects and Motion Graphics* Principles of Visual Effects and Motion Graphics provides instruction in foundational animation skills and introduces practical techniques and awareness in video production, motion design and visual effects as related to motion picture and commercial production. Students learn to animate photos, graphics, and text, add audio, transitions, 3D layers, motion tracking, and chroma keying/extraction methods. Project-based and interactive learning strategies are employed to build skill set foundations using the Adobe After Effects software program.
