Document Processing II builds upon skills developed in OFMG 1030 to expand the practice of word processing techniques used in an office setting with special emphasis on merging documents; creating and formatting tables; adding borders and inserting clip art; exploring the Internet; formatting with special features; sharing documents; sorting and selecting; creating footnotes and endnotes; adding visual elements; and creating charts and importing data. Speed and accuracy on straight copy continues to be emphasized.
