CJCR 2650 - Criminal Procedure


Criminal Procedure examines the concepts and procedures of the American law enforcement process to include such procedures as arrest, search and seizure, investigative detentions, motor vehicle stops, Miranda warnings, identification procedures, and law enforcement liability.

Prerequisites & Notes
Prerequisite: DSPR 0800/0870, DSPW 0800, or appropriate entrance scores. 3 credit hours - 3 lecture hours  (Variable)
