The Administrative Professional Technology: Legal Office Concentration prepares individuals for employment as secretaries, office managers, or administrative assistants in law enforcement offices, courts, or legal offices. The program provides the opportunity for skill development in the areas of software applications, electronic and routine office procedures, records management, law office management, legal document processing, communications, legal terminology, and transcription.
After completing program requirements, students should be academically prepared to take the following:
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) core and expert-level Word certification exams.
