Personal Computer/Network Technology

The Personal Computer/Network Technology certificate program prepares individuals for employment as computer repair and networking technicians.

After completing program requirements, students should be academically prepared to take the following:

CompTIA Net+ Certification Exam
CompTIA A+ Hardware and Operating Systems Certification Exams

All courses in the Personal Computer/Network Technology certificate program will articulate into the Associate of Applied Science degree program in Computer Systems and Information Sciences - Concentration: Networking Systems.

Requirements

Students must complete all remedial deficiencies or have appropriate entrance scores.

CSCI 1100 - Concepts of Computers and Applications Credits: 3
CSCI 2400 - Microcomputer Hardware Control Credits: 3

Spring

CPET 2100 - Network Administration Credits: 3
