Northeast State Community College publishes the Annual Security Report and crime statistics in accordance with Tennessee’s College and University Security Information Act of 1989 and the federal Student Right-to-Know & Campus Security Act of 1990, amended and renamed the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Statistics Act in 1998.
