CSCI 1290 - Microcomputer Operating Systems Microcomputer Operating Systems covers the current major operating systems and environments such as MSDOS, UNIX and Windows. Topics include: installation and updating of modern operating systems, preparation of controlled files and the proper use of add-on tools. Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be academically prepared to take the Operating Systems part of the A+ examination.
