ELET 2320 - Semiconductor Devices Semiconductor Devices is a basic course in solid state, including a light coverage of PN junctions and rectifier circuits. The student must establish the proper operating point, design and connect bias circuits, and make measurements to confirm the design criteria. Students also design and analyze single- and multiple-stage amplifiers containing bipolar junction and field effect transistors and calculate and evaluate device equivalent circuits and multiple-stage amplifiers.
