BSMG 1210 - Business Law

Business Law is a study of legal concerns which arise in the business environment. Topics include the identification of potential problems and seeking appropriate advice as well as the difficulties businesses face with regard to contracts, employee rights, negotiable instruments, liability, bailments, insurance and estate planning.
