BSMG 1130 - Customer Service and Sales


Customer Service and Sales is an introduction to the fundamentals of customer service and selling. Topics include developing and conveying a positive attitude, identifying buying motives and customer needs, developing and delivering a sales presentation, analyzing customer needs, determining sales strategies, and cultivating repeat business through customer service.
