HLTH 2420 - ♦Principles of Nutrition Principles of Nutrition is an introduction to the scientific principles of nutrition with an emphasis on the metabolism of nutrients, the nutritional status of health and disease; importance of weight, weight-control and fitness as well as nutritional guidelines established by the government and the scientific community.
