General Botany is a course in the anatomy, physiology, reproduction and taxonomy of lower to higher plants. Topics include organization of plant cells and tissue systems, morphology, respiration and photosynthesis, genetics, growth and development, environmental factors, nutrition, ecology, and mechanisms of evolution.
