AVT 1020 - Aviation Systems - Mechanical Aviation Systems-Mechanical includes the activities related to power transmission such as force, torque, work, power, and energy. Students are required to apply these activities to the inspection, measurement, and repair of gear trains, belt and chain drives, shaft coupling, bearing selection, installation, and maintenance of aircraft mechanical systems.
