INTC 1061 - Applied Physical Science Applied Physical Science is a study of the basic laws and principles in the area of Physics, Thermodynamics, Electricity, and Fluid Dynamics. Knowledge in these topics is essential for understanding energy consumption, heat transfer, steam generation, electrical circuits, AC and DC motors, fluid flow, material balancing, and many other applications related to monitoring and troubleshooting the instruments and equipment in a chemical manufacturing process.
