BIOL 1110 - General Biology I (Majors) General Biology I is a study of the principles of biology with an emphasis on molecular and cellular biology; chemistry; cell structure and function; cell metabolism; Mendelian genetics; cell division; and DNA structure and function.
Prerequisites & Notes Prerequisites: DSPR 0870 and DSPM 0850 or appropriate entrance scores. Note: This course is designed for biology majors, minors and others who plan to take upper-level courses for which this is a prerequisite. This course was formerly BIOL 2100.
