ASTR 1010 - Astronomy I


Astronomy I is an introduction to the history and concepts of modern astronomy. The course covers historical backgrounds, celestial motions, properties and observations of light, and physical characteristics of the solar system.

Prerequisites & Notes
Prerequisites: DSPM 0850 or appropriate entrance scores. This course was formerly PHYS 1015.
