BSMG 2410 - Small Business Management


Small Business Management is an introduction to basic concepts and management fundamentals for entrepreneurs and small business managers. Topics include: developing a business plan; preparing and filing legal forms; performing customer service; studying marketing concepts unique to small businesses; managing a quality team; evaluating franchises; maintaining employee and financial records; and starting a business.
