ELEC 1120 - AC Fundamentals AC Fundamentals emphasizes skills in selecting and using trigonometric functions to calculate values of R, L and C required to produce any desired voltage, current, and impedance in AC circuits. Students will also analyze R-L-C series, parallel and combination circuits and are required to verify the results of the calculations by proper use of laboratory test equipment and computer applications. Students are also required to calculate values of current and voltage for single-phase and three-phase transformers.
