Computer Information Technology - Concentration: Systems Administration and Management

Accredited by the Association of Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering (ATMAE)

The Systems Administration and Management concentration focuses on the design, implementation, management and troubleshooting of computer systems. Required courses prepare students to acquire, install, configure, upgrade and secure standalone, networked and mobile systems. Areas of emphasis include Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems.

Note: All courses must be from the Approved Courses for General Education  courses for each category listed in the General Education section of this catalog.

Learning Support


Additional courses may be required to overcome deficiencies in English, mathematics, and reading.
