Entertainment Technology

Accredited by the Association of Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering (ATMAE)

The Entertainment Technology program is designed to provide students with the real-world application of sound, lighting, and video production within the entertainment industry. Students will receive training in live sound production, recording engineering, video production, lighting production, and entertainment business management. Courses are taught in both classroom and lab settings. The conditions are established according to current industry methods as seen in the field.

Note: All courses must be from the Approved Courses for General Education  courses for each category listed in the General Education section of this catalog.

Learning Support


Additional courses may be required to overcome deficiencies in English, mathematics, and reading.
