*ARTP 1110 - Basic Design Basic Design is an exploration of the relationship of the visual elements to the principles of design and incorporates a fundamental exploration of the elements of two-dimensional art. This course presents a new design vocabulary to students by using a formal element analysis approach. Emphasis is on visual thinking through the use of hands-on problem-solving structures.
