*ASTR 1010 - Astronomy I Astronomy I is an introduction to the history and concepts of modern astronomy. The course covers historical backgrounds, celestial motions, properties and observations of light, and physical characteristics of the solar system.
Prerequisites & Notes Prerequisites: MATH 0895 (MLS 5) and READ 0870 or appropriate entrance scores.
