BSMG 2120 - Supervision and Personnel Administration


Supervision and Personnel Administration is a study of the basic elements of first-line supervision. Students are required to apply management principles and quality management concepts to human resources; describe systems for employee performance evaluations; identify the channel of management communications; and relate the functions of supervision in a variety of situations.
