Northeast State Technical Community College and Walters State Community College are partnering to enable students living in Northeast Tennessee to complete required general education courses at Northeast State and then transfer to Walters State to pursue to associate of applied science degree in Nursing. This join program is primarily offered at Northeast State’s teaching site in Gray, Tennessee. The program is specifically designed to serve the residents of Carter, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi, and Washington counties.

1. Complete all required developmental education courses.
2. Complete the following at Northeast State: - Elective - Humanities, Credits: 3
