General Courses

• Speech - Select one course Credits: 3
• Literature - Select one course Credits: 3
• Humanities/Fine Arts - Select two courses Credits: 6
• Social/Behavioral Sciences - Select two courses Credits: 6

Science credit earned that is over 10 years old will not be accepted as meeting program requirements. Any exceptions to this requirement, must be approved by the dean of the Science Division.

• *CHEM 1120 - General Chemistry II Credits: 4
• *ENGL 1010 - Composition I Credits: 3
• *ENGL 1020 - Composition II Credits: 3
• *HIST 2010 - U.S. History I Credits: 3
• *HIST 2020 - U.S. History II Credits: 3
• *MATH 1910 - Calculus I Credits: 4

• Students who are not prepared for Calculus will also need MATH 1710.

Emphasis Courses

• Guided Electives - Credits: 6
• *BIOL 1110 - General Biology I (Majors) Credits: 4
• *CHEM 2010 - Organic Chemistry I Credits: 4
• *PHYS 2010 - Non-Calculus Based Physics I Credits: 4
