MMEL 1214 - Basic Industrial Electricity and Alternating Current Basic Industrial Electricity and Alternating Current is an introductory course to basic electrical principles including (a) DC circuits, (b) AC circuits, (c) Transformers, single-phase and three-phase distribution (d) capacitors, and induction motors. This course is a self-paced text study accompanied with scheduled instructor laboratory time at the Regional Center for Advanced Manufacturing (RCAM) on the Kingsport site of Northeast State.
